Prior to joining Flynn Group, Aaron spent more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, holding various leadership positions in companies including Ruby Tuesday, The Cheesecake Factory and Ruth\u2019s Chris Steakhouse. Right before joining Flynn, Aaron worked as Regional Director of Operations for The Palm Restaurant Group, and then Director of Operations for Wolfgang Puck Worldwide, where he managed regional territories throughout the United States and Tokyo, Japan. <\/p>\n","linkedin":"","twitter":""})' href="#">
Aaron started with Flynn Group in 2014 as Director of Operations for Flynn Applebee\u2019s in the Nevada and New Mexico markets. In 2018 Aaron was promoted to Market President, and in 2019 Aaron became Vice President of Operations for Flynn Applebee\u2019s, having oversight of markets in California, Nevada, New Mexico, Indiana, Georgia and Alabama. Aaron joined Flynn Pizza Hut in June of 2021 as Divisional Vice President of Operations and in August of 2025 he was promoted to President of Flynn Arby\u0027s.<\/p>\nPrior to joining Flynn Group, Aaron spent more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, holding various leadership positions in companies including Ruby Tuesday, The Cheesecake Factory and Ruth\u2019s Chris Steakhouse. As Vice President of Operations - West, Jeff oversees 184 restaurants across 5 Markets. Over the course of his 25+ years in the industry, he has focused his career on building, engaging, and motivating high performing teams, creating a thriving culture that promotes high performers, operational excellence, and sustained financial results. Bo Davis is a Vice President of Training and Integration for Flynn Arby\u2019s. He is responsible for coordinating the training and development of Flynn Arby\u2019s 7,500+ team members and oversees major roll-outs in support of key initiatives across the business. Kerry\u202fjoined Flynn Group in 2021 as a Director of Operations. \u202fHe currently runs the Flynn Arby\u2019s Northwest market, with 26 locations covering Oregan, Idaho, Washington and Wyoming. Zin began his career in food and beverage as a cleaner at Dean and Deluca and steadily climbed the ranks to General Manager. From there he relocated to the Washington, DC area to join Pret A Manger as they opened their first location in the DC market. A few years later Zin was offered a role at an up-and-coming concept in DC, Nando\u2019s Peri-Peri. At Nando\u2019s Zin truly cultivated not only the Nando\u2019s brand, but his own as a culture champion. Zin is a Market President for RBA overseeing 29 Arby\u2019s in both Colorado and Wyoming. Zin is fully committed to being a servant leader and investing in his people. In 1995, Troy joined Pizza Hut as an RGM and supported both Operations and Human Resources for 28 years, making it 33 years in the industry. In Human resources, Troy held the position of Restaurant Training Leader, People Capability Leader, Human Resources Leader, and Currently Human Resources Director. <\/p>\n
