Vector Tests

What files to
send
You need to provide files for each device you want tested
and the netlist for the board.
The device file formats are specific to each programmable
device vendors' design tool.
In general, FS-ATG works from industry standard EDIF, VHDL,
or JED files. Specific information on what files to send:

If you don't have a board netlist file available, please
indicate which pins are connected, ignored, tied to VCC/GND
