In 2023 we expanded internationally acquiring Pizza Hut’s master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world and continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators.

Our leaders within Flynn Pizza Hut have 750+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, 120+ years with Flynn Group, and in 2022 they received Pizza Hut’s “Partner of the Year” award.
Prior to joining Flynn Group, Jeremy spent more than 20 years in leadership roles in the restaurant industry. Most recently, he served as the Executive Vice President for Roy Rogers Restaurants, and prior to that he was part of the international leadership team at Dunkin\u2019 Brands and held operations leadership roles at Starbucks. Jeremy started with Flynn Group in July 2021 as the Vice President of Strategy and Ops Services for Flynn Pizza Hut. While in this role, Jeremy oversaw all strategic planning, FP&A, ops services, training, communications, call centers, loss prevention, and coordination of strategic initiatives between support center functions, field operations, and outside vendor partnerships. In addition to his Strategy and Ops Services role, he had oversight of our Atlantic Division of stores. While in that role, he served as a key liaison between Flynn Pizza Hut and Pizza Hut LLC, ensuring a close working relationship between our company and the Brand. In July 2022, Jeremy was named Brand President of Flynn Pizza Hut and currently oversees the operations of 960+ units across the US.<\/p>\nPrior to joining Flynn Group, Jeremy spent more than 20 years in leadership roles in the restaurant industry. Adam Van Horn serves as Senior Vice President for the Southeast Division for the Flynn Pizza Hut brand. Adam joined NPC in April of 2019 in the Divisional VP role and Interim COO role until the Flynn acquisition in March of 2021. Prior to joining Pizza Hut, Adam served as Director of Strategic Planning & Operations for Dine Brands. Later, Adam, served as Vice President, Training, Learning & Development, and Operations Services for Del Taco. Manuka\u2019s journey in the restaurant business started with his years at the University of South Alabama. Initially, Manuka worked as a delivery driver for Pizza Hut. Later, Manuka was promoted to the rank of Store Manager in 2004, Area Director in 2013, and ultimately promoted to Regional Director in 2018. <\/p>\n
As an Area Director, Manuka was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2013. In 2014, 2016, and 2017, Manuka was awarded Area Manager of the Year. From 2014 to 2019, Manuka was awarded Gold Star Performer. In 2018, Manuka won the Elite Operator award in the entire Pizza Hut System across the US. Lastly but certainly not least, in 2019, Manuka won two additional awards, Diamond Star Performer and Region Director of the Year. <\/p>\n
